Passionate About Inspiring Others
The Journey Within: From Struggle to Guiding Light
For over two decades, I've walked alongside people, offering a helping hand and a listening ear. My approach has always been rooted in coaching—a space of thoughtful questions, genuine acceptance, and unwavering belief in the potential of each individual. It's a path that's felt less like work and more like a calling.
As the years passed, the desire to hone my skills grew stronger. So, toward the end of 2019, I dedicated myself to professional life coaching training, driven by a commitment to serve others with greater depth and understanding. Today, as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member, I bring a foundation of ethics and core competencies to my practice. Having spent thousands of hours with clients navigating a kaleidoscope of desires and challenges, I offer not only expertise but an unyielding passion for the human journey.

I grew up in the vast landscapes of British Columbia, Canada—a place that nurtured my inherent curiosity and love for exploration, both within the world and myself. I believe we all have a story that shapes us, sometimes standing behind us, sometimes right in front of us, waiting to be understood.
My own story is one of trials and triumphs. I faced the shadows of anxiety, binge eating, depression, panic attacks, and even suicidal thoughts. But through a deep inward journey, I found the strength to not only overcome these challenges but to transform my experiences into a wellspring of empathy and support for others.
Today, I am a professionally certified life coach with the ICF, a Professional Counsellor, and a Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) master practitioner. I am a life-long learner, constantly evolving, and on my journey, I walk alongside you on yours.

When I’m not working with clients, you might find me exploring the world through my camera lens, or diving with the fish in the cold waters of the Pacific Northwest, finding solace and wonder in the natural world.
Then there was 2008... I remember the restless feeling, a yearning for something more, a deep need to understand myself authentically. I hopped into my old Honda Civic and drove across Canada. It was a journey of journals, daily meditation, and intense self-exploration. I experimented, made mistakes, and slowly learned how to take ownership of my life. I often call it my "1000 ways of 'how not to make a lightbulb' journey," all leading me to a clearer path. From that personal quest, the concept of Seven Vistas began to blossom – a way of viewing the world from multiple perspectives.

I've always been a helper, whether rescuing animals, coaching fitness, or guiding people through the underwater world. The lessons learned through individual and team sports have ingrained the values of perseverance and hard work. My experiences have given me empathy for the challenges of self-discovery.
If you’re struggling with difficult emotions, unhealthy habits, or a nagging sense that you don't quite know who you are, know that I understand. Let's work together to navigate your inner landscape, illuminate your unique struggles, and help you live as your most authentic self.
