Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you need assistance rescheduling your appointment within the 48-hour window, please contact Dan directly at: dan@sevenvistas.ca. Please note: For prepaid plans, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice without penalty. However, 'no shows' for prepaid services without courtesy notice will forfeit prepaid amount for the applicable session.
